Directions

To prepare one cup of tea, place a tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Allow the tea to infuse for 10 minutes before removing the tea bag. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. For best results, drink the tea with honey several times a day. Each box contains 20 tea bags.
