Bulk Complete Pump Pre-Workout is suitable for anyone looking for a powerful, heavily-dosed, stim-free pre-workout. Due to the serving size of this product, we would recommend it more for weight training sessions rather than cardio or HIIT sessions. Due to the hygroscopic nature of Glycerol Monostearate, we recommend drinking each serving with at least 500ml of water and then drinking a lot more water throughout your workout. This level of fluid intake lends itself better to submaximal lifting sessions rather than intense cardio exercise. Ingredients

L-Citrulline, Glycerol Monostearate, Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, L-Ornithine Alpha Ketoglutarate, Flavouring, L-Taurine, Beetroot Extract (0.8% Nitrates), Sunflower Lecithin, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Acid (Citric Acid), Pine Bark Extract (95% Proanthocyanidins), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 26g), with 500ml-1000ml water. Complete Pump Pre-Workout should be used approximately 30-45 minutes prior to training. We recommend consuming plenty of water throughout your workout. Warning: This product must be consumed with lots of water, otherwise it can cause dehydration.
