Ingredients

MILK Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK), OAT Flour, Flavouring, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Colour (Caramel), Sweetener (Sucralose)

Directions

1. Mix (2 scoops) approximately 50g in 100ml of water or milk. 2. Leave the mix to stand for approximately 2 minutes. 3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. 4. Cook on a medium-high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side until they fluff up and are slightly brown.
