Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine), Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, Flavouring, Leucine, Tyrosine, Acid (Citric Acid), Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweetener (Sucralose), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Colour (Beetroot Red), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Directions

Mix 1 slightly heaped scoop (approximately 17g) in 250ml water. Consume 30 minutes before exercise, ideally on an empty stomach. Do not exceed one serving per day.
