Product Description

Tyrosine is an amino acid that is chemically a pre-cursor to adrenaline. It is for this reason Tyrosine has gained popularity as a pre-workout ingredient. Tyrosine can be produced in the body from Phenylalanine and can be found in bananas and avocados. However, the quantities consumed in the diet are typically quite low.

Indications

L-Tyrosine should be taken when convenient, preferably on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. It could be taken 30 minutes before exercise or work to help improve stimulation and focus.

Ingredients

L-Tyrosine.
May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Directions

Mix 2 scoops (approximately 1g) with 50ml water or a pre-workout drink, ideally on an empty stomach. Take 1-2 servings daily.
