Product description

For a particularly mild olive note when frying, Byodo has created a unique oil composition of extra virgin olive oil and the finest "high-oleic" sunflower oil. Heat-sensitive plant substances are filtered out of the oil with the Byo-Protect process - gently and naturally. For this purpose, the oil is first gently and purely mechanically filtered. Natural clay minerals then bind other plant substances. Finally, gently used water vapour "blows" out the last fine particles from the oil. Heat sensitive plant substances can affect the taste of the oil at high temperatures or form substances that are harmful to health. Therefore, they are filtered from all Byodo roasting oils using the Byo-Protect process. This makes the roast olive mild high heatable. Rounded off with virgin olive oil, it gets its fine, subtle olive note. The Brat-Olive Mild is the perfect choice for roasting, grilling or frying when a subtle olive note is desired that underlines the taste of the food.

Use the oil for frying, baking and grilling. It is ideal for Mediterranean dishes, salad dressings or for refining grilled vegetables. Observe the recommended temperatures and times so as not to overheat the oil and minimise the formation of harmful substances.
