Product description

The Cappello del Prete is assembled during the winter by mixing the pork meat with salt, peppercorns and aromatic herbs, before being stuffed into a special trimmed hatch. The Cappello del Prete derives its name from the triangular shape that recalls the hat worn by the three-pointed priests and is eaten usually accompanied by mashed or lentils.

Ingredients

Italian pork meat, italian rind, italian pork head's pulp, salt, marsala (presence of sulphites), aromas and spices. Antioxidant: E301. Preservatives: E250. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
