Casa Eceiza - Basque master bakersCasa Eceiza has been producing their special biscuits in the mountains of the Basque Country since 1924. They started out in a small bakery in the town of Tolosa. The demand for biscuits grew so much that they built a bakery nearby. The family still has the bakery where they continue to make cakes and patisserie.
