Our Chicken Liver Pt is a true Belgium classic, really tasty and never fails to win people over. Smooth and creamy in texture with an array of wonderful savoury flavours. Made from a traditional recipe, it uses only the finest of ingredients and a carefully selected blend of spices.

This pat is great as a light lunch, makes a sensational starter, and is brilliant to take on summer picnics. Or why not serve as part of a cheese and charcuterie board for supper. Simply slice, spread and share with family and friends. Serve with some warm crusty buttered bread, French cornichons and top with a spoonful of your favourite homemade chutney. Absolutely delicious!

Our Chicken Liver Pt is also ideal if you wish to entertain at home and make some simple party canapes. Simply spread the pat on some toasted brioche squares and top with finely sliced cherry tomatoes, a little dollop of pickle and sprinkling of fresh parsley. Super easy to make and can be made ahead of time.

Directions

Serve at room temperature. Can be served on its own, with bread, or as part of a cheese and charcuterie board. Top with French cornichons and a spoonful of homemade chutney if desired.
