  • 100% IBERIAN PIGS PAR EXCELLENCE: The Cinco Jotas Acorn-fed 100% Ibrico Salchichn (Spanish Salami or Saucisson) comes from a careful selection of purebred Iberian pigs, reared in the wild in natural environments, whose diet is based on acorns.
  • NATURAL CURING CELLARS: Our Acorn-fed 100% Ibrico Cold Meats are cured in our natural Cinco Jotas cellars in Jabugo (Southern Spain), an emblematic location where Iberian purebred pigs so highly appreciated for their exquisite flavour, are reared.
  • TRADITIONAL ELABORATION: It is made from lean meat and sirloin obtained from the same ham profile and its elaboration follows the traditional method used in the Jabugo area, in which the natural curing of this piece takes between 4 and 6 months.
  • AUTHENTIC FLAVOUR AND EXQUISITE AROMA: Its unmistakable flavour is achieved thanks to the combination of spices, which are mixed with the meat and give it an exquisite aroma. Black and white peppers, nutmeg and just the right touch of salt.
  • ENJOY IT IN THIN AND DELICATED CUTS: Use a board, a suitable knife and a sharpener to cut it thinly and enjoy it in all its splendour. Combine it with a D.O. Jerez Osborne Solera India wine and accompany it with 5J's 100% Ibrico Morcn or Presa.
