Product Description

Clear spring organic instant miso soup paste is a traditional fermented Japanese staple food and seasoning made from different types of grains but mainly soya and a distinctive koji fermentation culture. Miso can be used instead of salt to flavour dishes such as soups and stews. It combines well with ingredients such as ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, tahini and citrus zest and juice. Comes in 4 packets of 10 g each.

Directions

Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or bowl. Add one cup of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for a minute to let the vegetables fully rehydrate. It can also be used as a ready made stock or seasoning for homemade soups, sauces and casseroles.
