Organic Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained directly from olives. This oil has a mild and delicious flavour. The fatty acid profile of this oil is quite special and makes it suitable for cooking at high temperatures as much as for drizzling over favourite dishes. It is high in antioxidants and rich in omega 6 and 9. Recommended maximum heating temperature of 190 degree Celsius. Available in 1 litre bottle.
