Golden yellow cornflakes - traditionally rolled. The traditional process of making cornflakes is rolling. This method is slightly more expensive, but much more gentle. The corn kernels are cut and boiled with corn syrup and sea salt. In this procedure, the strength is unlocked, so digestible for us. However, the starch structure of the corn grain is maintained, our organism breaks down the rolled flakes more slowly. That's why they are full of longer. After the cooking process, the cornflakes are gently roasted to taste nice crispy.
