Product description

This product is obtained from boiling, in special boilers, of only back bacon and bacon in small part. The bacon and bacon are cut into small pieces, then dipped in a boiler in an oil bath and cooked for about 3 hours at 120 C.
Finally the product is extracted from the already melted fat, it is further twisted to extract the residual fat and is seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon.

The ciccioli frolli are a rich and tasty food that, in the rural tradition, represented an excellent meal, in union with polenta. Now they are mainly used to accompany appetizers and appetizers, if crumbled they make more tasty focaccia, bread and polenta.
