Directions

Drain and keep the brine. To serve cold: As a salad, with a vinaigrette or mustard dressing.
To serve hot: Add to pan of boiling water. Drain straight away and season to taste. Can be sauted with bacon and onion. Season and add a few drops of cider vinegar.
In a microwave: Cook in a suitable microwave container for 1 to 3 minutes with a knob of butter and seasoning. Refer to your microwave cooking instructions.
