This 'Howay the Chocs' Collection features 3 recipes inspired by, and handmade in, the great North East! The famous 'Broon' Ale, a local style drop scone (or 'Singing Hinny'), and the delicate flavours of Earl Grey tea - all reinvented and captured in milk chocolate truffles. Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. Along with her assistant chocolatier Jenny, they happily spend many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique enrober and packing them in beautiful gift boxes. Our chocolate is sourced sustainably, with Cocoa Horizons. This is an impact-driven program, focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children.
