Dr Oetker Kagecreme Vanilje Instant Vanilla Creme
Use as filling in cakes and in desserts.
For instant vanilla cream to use in your layer cakes or cream cakes. Pair with jam and fresh fruit or berries, in a light sponge for a summery celebration cake, as filling in buns or simply on the side of a chocolate cake for a decadent treat.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Pour the contents of 1 bag into a bowl, and add 100ml of whole milk.
2. Mix together for 1 minute using a hand mixer.
3. Put the mixture in the fridge and let set for 20 minutes. Give the mixture a stir before using.

Ingredients

Sugar, modified potato starch, stabilisers (E450, E339), gelling agent (carrageenan), thickener (guar gum), aroma, salt, colouring (E160b(ii), E160a, E101). May contain traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG and NUTS.
