Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are among the nine essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the human body independently, which is why they have to be obtained from food. The BCAAs L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine make up around 2035% of human muscle protein. BCAA has a neutral taste and can be taken with water or a drink of your choice in the morning or before or after exercise. The BCAA powder contains three essential branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio. One serving (1 scoop) contains 5 g of the essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. The powder is gluten and lactose free.

Directions
