Flat looking triangle fryums (also known as crunchy samosa papad) puff up into crunchy 3D triangle shaped papads, instant snacks that can be served fresh whenever you want. You can also Air Fry or Microwave them. How to Fry Helly's triangle papad: 1. Heat the oil to high temperature (approx 185 - 195 degree Celsius). Avoid smoking or burning of the oil. 2. To check if the oil is heated enough, drop a small piece of fryum in the oil and it should puff up and rise to the surface 3. Switch the heat to somewhere between medium and high 5. Slide or Drop the fryums carefully into the oil 6. As they puff and rise to the surface, take them out with slotted spoon, shaking off the oil. 7. Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil before serving. 8. Sprinkle chaat masala to taste. Storage Instructions: Always store fryums in air tight containers in cool dry place away from moisture or direct sunlight. Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Iodized Salt, Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar, & Refined Palm Oil.
