Ingredients

Pasteurised whole milk solids* (68%) from free range cows, sugar, multiflora Manuka honey (0.7%), natural flavouring, live lactic cultures (l.bulgaricus, s.thermophilus, l.rhamnosus, l.acidophilus).*contains natural lecithin derived from soybean.

Directions

Mix the contents of the sachet with 1L of cold water in the EasiYo yogurt maker, following the manufacturer's instructions. Shake well, place the inner jar into the outer jar, and let it sit undisturbed for 12-14 hours. After the yogurt is set, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
