Ingredients

Water, organic rice, sea salt, koji aspergillus

Directions

To use Eden Mirin, heat it to the boiling point to remove alcohol content if desired. For marinades, mix 1-2 tablespoons of mirin with soy sauce and/or brown rice vinegar. Use in teriyaki sauce, dashi noodle broth, and sushi rice as needed. Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
