Lumpfish Caviar is a less expensive alternative to genuine caviar. Lumpfish Caviar is delicious served gourmet style as canapes on blinis with creme fraiche. Lumpfish is also great used as a garnish to impress your guests. But my favourite way to use lumpfish roe is to top on soft boiled eggs, and devour on buttered toasted fingers.
