Ingredients

FISH oil concentrated (59%) (Norway), gelatin (bovine), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (15%), humectant: glycerol; d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E); antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Directions

Take 5 ml (equivalent to a teaspoon), 3 times daily with a meal for the first 3 months. Take 5 ml per day thereafter
