Description
- DUCK CONFIT: Duck meat is very unique as it is a poultry meat with red meat characteristics, being a tender, juicy and tasty meat that provides a lot of protein to the body
- OUR DUCKS: We take care of our ducks, raising them in the open air, without cages and feeding them as they wish. 100% vegetable feeding, with at least 70% cereals
- TIPS FOR USAGE: You can cook the legs in the oven at 200C. Place the legs on a roasting tray (without the oil) with the skin facing up and roast for 12 minutes; or cook it in a frying-pan for 5 minutes
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Separate the gizzards carefully from the extra virgin olive oil. Filter the oil from the gelatine with a strainer. It can be used to make a meat stock or gravy
