Product description

These treat-size eggs are lovely to look at and delicious if hard-boiled - Use them for canapes cut in half and served with Salmon eggs or creme fraiche and Avruga Caviar. You can also fry them and use as a garnish for a pigeon or quail breast or if you are feeling more creative, try poaching them and serving them with truffled hollandaise and serving them as mini eggs benedict. We always aim to send out products with the longest best before date possible, and you can expect 7 days as a minimum. Many of our fresh products will have a shelf life that exceeds this, so please get in touch if you'd like up-to-date information on our current stock.

Directions

Hard-boil, fry, or poach the eggs. For canaps, cut in half and serve with salmon eggs or crme frache and Avruga caviar. Use as a garnish for pigeon or quail breast, or serve as mini eggs benedict with truffled hollandaise.
