Ingredients

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, vegetable oil (palm, turnip), skimmed cocoa powder (7%), starch (modified), glucose syrup (dried), potato starch, salt, raising agent: E450, E500, MILK PROTEIN, flavouring.For allergens, see ingredients in BOLD.May contain traces of: EGG, SOY, LUPIN.This product is: Halal certified. Net content: 1 kg.

Directions

Preparation: All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175C (convection oven 160C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. After cooling you can apply a chocolate glaze. This mix can also be used to bake chocolate muffins.
