Product description

This Breton gateau with caramel pieces is a unique take on a traditional French dessert. This Breton dessert, made by French Biscuiterie Louis Le Goff in Brittany, is a traditional butter cake with a rich flavour and dense, crumbly texture comparable to a shortbread biscuit.
This version adds a burst of sweetness with a soft caramel cenrtre that enhances the cake's buttery flavour. It can be served as a dessert with whipped cream.
