Peppermint (31%), Fennel Seed (15%), Ginger Root (15%), Lemon Balm, Spearmint, Apple (7%), Live Bacterial Cultures: Bacillus Coagulans GBI-30 6086 (3%), Zinc (2%)

Directions

Steep 1 teabag in 200ml of hot water (just off the boil) for 5-10 minutes. Remove the teabag before drinking.
