THE GNAW STORY - In the early 2010's, Matt and Teri ditched their adult jobs and opened a sweet shop in the centre of sunny Norwich, but they were never truly happy with the chocolate brands they stocked. Polite discussions about the issue (Matt complaining at length) led to some amateur chocolatiering, a bit of swearing, failures, successes, personal growth and finally, handmade chocolate bars. With production increasing they moved into slightly larger-scale premises. Today, Gnaw has grown from a few Norfolk stockists to shops around the world (stocked on three continents)... All thanks to you lovely chocolate fans :)

UK Selection of oat- based chocolate & 70% dark hot chocolate shots. Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, dried OAT powder, caramel crisp (2.6%) (sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, natural flavour, natural colour (caramelised sugar syrup), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), dried rice powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural flavouring (vanilla, mint (0.07%)), sea salt (0.2%), flavouring caramel (0.03%). Oat chocolate contains cocoa solids 43% min. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% min. For allergens see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya, milk,tree nuts, and peanuts.
