Carasau bread looks like a thin sheet and crisp. It pairs perfectly with cheeses and cold cuts and is therefore ideal for making quick and delicious snacks and appetizers both sweet and savory. Pane Carasau (also named "carta da musica", italian for "music paper"), is a traditional, very thin bread, made without preservatives, only from durum semolina, yeast and salt. This specific and very old method ensure a long life product, even many months. Excellent alternative to bread and breadsticks with cheese, wines and salads, Carasau Bread is a cholesterol free product.
