Serving suggestions after the 6th Month:
Rifle milk porridge:
3 slices of Holle organic baby buns spelt (approx. 34g) break into small pieces and place in a plate. Boil 120 ml whole milk and 60 ml water and pour evenly over it. Allow it to soak briefly and finely crush or pure with a fork. Stir and allow to cool to 37C - done.

Rifold fruit porridge
2 slices of hollow organic baby-back spelt (approx. 22g) Break into small pieces and place in a plate. Boil 140 ml of water and pour evenly over it. Allow to soak briefly and finely crush or pure with a fork. Mix 100 g freshly grated fruits (apple, pear, banana) or 100 g Holle organic fruit jars. To approx. Let it cool at 37 C - done.

To enrich with valuable fatty acids, the Zwie-back-Brel can be enriched with 1 teaspoon of Holle Organic Baby Food Oil.
