Ingredients

Cornflour, natural colours: annatto (from the seeds of the annatto tree) and curcumin (extract of turmeric root), natural vanilla flavour

Directions

Mix 100g of custard powder with 500ml of milk (or soya milk for a vegan alternative) in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot or cold.
