Maize, Sugar, PEANUTS (6%), BARLEY Malt Flavouring, Molasses, Honey (1%), Salt, Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12

Directions

Pour 45g (3 level measures) into a bowl. Add 120ml (1/2 cup) of cold or hot milk or a suitable alternative. Enjoy immediately.
