Product description

These La Belle Chaurienne lentils are cooked in a tomato-based sauce with rich duck fat and pork chunks and are ready to heat and serve directly from the jar. Preparation tips: Simmer in a saucepan over low heat for ten minutes, stirring regularly. Otherwise, reheat in the microwave for three minutes at maximum power in a suitable dish covered with a transparent film. La Belle Chaurienne, a traditional producer based in Castelnaudary, the birthplace of cassoulet, takes great pride in using only traditional recipes.
