Manufactured with 6 months shelf life, our egg whites can be stored at ambient temperatures until opened. Once opened they should be refrigerated immediately and used within 4 days. We only use free range eggs ensuring the hens have a better quality of life, typically producing more nutrient dense eggs. Macros per 100g serving: 11g Protein, 0.5g Carbs, 0.5g Fats
