Product Description

Lizi's High Protein Granola is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Goodly measured for slow energy release. A single 50g serving will give you 27 percent of your daily protein needs. I have only used vegetable protein, mainly from GM-free soya so that like all my granolas.

Directions

Add milk or water to the granola and mix. It is recommended to eat as a breakfast.
