Dilute 1 drop of this product in 60 drops (3ml) of water and take 2 drops of this dilution, once daily, which contains 210 g iodine (140% NRV). This product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for continuous daily use. Do not use if allergic to iodine.
