Directions

1. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook until browned. 2. Add Thit Kho Paste and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in Vietnamese Beef Stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Add rice and cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Serve hot.
