WHEAT flour, OAT flour, sifted RYE flour, syrup, WHEAT gluten, salt, dry yeast, ammonium carbonate, malt WHEAT flour. This product contains 31% OATS.

Directions

Serve with smoked or hot smoked salmon. Top with sour cream and roe for an indulgent snack. Can also be used as a traditional bread for surstrmming, paired with boiled potato and finely chopped red onion.
