MONIN Blackcurrant syrup can be used as the base of many popular drinks. Rich, sweet and fruity with a touch of tartness., add to champagne for a Kir Royal, to cider or beer, or mix with other fruit flavours to make refreshing, fruit cocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, concentrated blackcurrant and other fruit juice, natural flavouring. Total fruit juice: 29%, including 23% blackcurrant juice.

Directions

Use as a flavoring agent in beverages and culinary creations. Add a suitable amount to the desired beverage or dish. Store at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a reasonable time to maintain freshness.
