MONIN Hibiscus syrup showcases the bright perfumed flavours of candied hibiscus flowers. Hibiscus flowers have been made into teas all around the world for centuries. It is known under many names, the most famous being Roselle which is prepared as a cold beverage and consumed in warmer climates such as Asia and Africa. MONIN Hibiscus syrup is perfect for adding a floral twist to lemonades, iced teas, iced chocolates, cocktails and mocktails.

Sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavouring, acid: E334, colour: E163, natural tea flavouring. Contains hibiscus extract.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
