MONIN Blackberry syrup showcases the aromativ, juicy, delicious flavours associated with fresh blackberries. Blackberries contain exceptionally high levels of antioxidants. They are exceptionally versatile and have been used for wine, jams, preserves, pie fillings amongst many other culinary uses for centuries. MONIN Blackberry syrup is ideal in lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, natural blackberry flavouring with other natural flavourings. Total fruit juice: 40%, including 19% blackberry juice.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
