MONIN Blackcurrant Syrup brings the classically strong, tart flavour to any drink its added to, famously blackcurrant is combined with champagne in the Kir Royale cocktail which remains a firm favourite today. MONIN Blackcurrant syrup is perfect for lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, concentrated blackcurrant and other fruit juice, natural blackcurrant flavouring with other natural flavourings. Total fruit juice: 29%, including 23% blackcurrant juice.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
