MONIN Chai Tea concentrate delivers the warm, spicy aromas associated with the now world famous beverage. Masala Chai or Chai means spiced tea. Chai originated in India and quickly gained worldwide popularity. MONIN Chai Tea concentrate is perfect in a Chai Latte simply combined with steamed milk. It also works well in iced lattes, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Sugar, water, tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+10), colour: E150a, natural flavouring, acid: citric acid, emulsifier: acacia gum, natural tea flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Directions

Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
