MONIN Morello Cherry syrup has a more sour and complex flavour than our regular cherry syrup. Morello Cherry which takes its name from Italian meaning sour have a distinctly orange flesh and are softer than the classic cherries. Morello cherries are widely consumed in syrups, preserves and pie fillings. MONIN Morello Cherry syrup is perfect in hot chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated Morello cherry juice concentrated lemon juice, colour: E163, natural flavouring. Total fruit juice 39%, including 29% morello cherry juice.
