Ingredients

Mornflake Wholegrain OATFLAKES (62%), Dried Skimmed MILK, Sugar, Natural Flavouring.

Directions

Add boiling water to suggested fill line (approx 170mls). Stir straight away after adding boiling water until fully mixed. Replace foil lid & stand for 1 minute. Stir again, then enjoy. Be careful, the contents will be hot.
