Mornflake Oats2Go Instant Porridge Original is a Great British breakfast cereal. Helps actively lower cholesterol. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, oat beta glucans have been shown to help her lower blood cholesterol. Blood cholesterol lowering may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One pot of Oats2Go Original Instant Porridge provides 1.5g of beta glucans from oats, which is 50% of 3g, the suggested daily intake. Made with generations of care by Mornflake, ingredients carefully selected from more than one country. Made from 100% British Oats.

Mornflake Wholegrain OATFLAKES (73%), Dried Skimmed MILK, Sugar.

Directions

Add boiling water to suggested fill line (approx 170mls). Stir straight away after adding boiling water until fully mixed. Replace foil lid and stand for 1 minute. Stir again, then enjoy. Be careful, the contents will be hot. Not suitable for microwaving. Do not reheat.
