The ingredients included in this dosa mix are rice flour (46%), black gram, wheat cream, hydrogenated vegetable oil, salt, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and fenugreek powder. MTR instant dosa is a delicious traditional breakfast and very easy to prepare.
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Dosa Mix with 11/2 measures of Water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 5-minutes. Alternatively batter can be prepared with 1 measure of Water and 1/2 measure of yoghurt.
