Ingredients

32% Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Flavouring), 30% Chocolate Powder (Sugar, Cocoa Powder), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Egg Yolk Powder, Egg White Powder, Cocoa Powder, Maltodextrin, Lactose (from Milk), Wheat Flour, Caseinate, Flavouring, Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonate, Salt, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin

Directions

780g of product + 300ml of milk = 12 small chocolate cakes 1) Whisk the cake mix with the milk until smooth. 2) Pour the mixture into greased moulds. 3) Bake in an oven preheated to 170C. The cooking time will vary depending on the type of mould. For a porcelain ramekin (8 cm W and 4cm H) with 90g of mixture: 10 minutes at 170C.
