Ingredients

Sugar, Citric Acid, Colour E171, Bicarbonate of Soda, Malic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Flavouring, Gum Arabic, Sweetener: Sucralose, Quillaja Extract, Colouring E133.

Directions

Step 1: Fill 1/2 glass with ice. Step 2: Add 25ml gin and top with tonic water. Step 3: Slowly sprinkle in 1/3 of a teaspoon of the shimmer powder.
